What is Elevate?

We are a recruitment technology. Our system matches candidates to jobs and vice versa. We also host Private Talent Pools for organisations looking to build a relationship with you before they need to hire you.

How does it work?

 You set up an account and Elevate utilises it's very own machine learning technology to understand what you, as a candidate, do in your work. We are then able to match you to highly relevant jobs based on the preferences you have set.

 You can also join as many private talent pools as you are invited to. If you have an account you can be invited via a system notification, if you don’t have an account through targeted marketing outside of Elevate.

 You only need one Elevate account for both these services and it is free of charge to candidates.

How do I use it?

Elevate is available on web, mobile and tablet, supported on latest versions of all major browsers.

Q:

Does Elevate use Automation or Artificial Intelligence?

Yes. Certain repetitive and labour intensive tasks (e.g. searching for jobs) are automated.

Our machine learning technology allows us to match you to jobs and to rank applicants against a vacancy, all applicants to a vacancy remain available to the customer.

What industries does Elevate cover?

Our approach has been to build a system that is industry agnostic. You could be matched to jobs in Public Sector, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Engineering, Oil & Gas, eCommerce, Retail, IT & Telecoms; the list could go on.

Is Elevate GDPR Compliant?

Yes. You consent to the services you use and can remove that consent at anytime.  Please see further info on our Data Privacy page.

Q:

Who controls my data?

You do. To set up an account you must agree to our Terms & Conditions and consent to use our services under GDPR.  You can leave a talent pool, withdraw a job application or close down your account at any time.

How secure is my data?

Elevate is hosted on Amazon EC2 with servers in Dublin, ROI,  benefiting from market leading cyber security and encryption services.
